このたび株式会社 ZEPHYROSは、川崎造船グループのケイラインローローバルクシップマネージメント株式会社向けにカスタマイズしたリーダーシップ・コミュニケーション研修を無事完了いたしました。

本研修は、国際的なビジネス環境において求められる英語によるコミュニケーション力、プレゼンテーション力、そしてリーダーシップ発揮に必要な「発信する力」を強化することを目的として実施され、株式会社 ZEPHYROS代表取締役のJun Pageが講師を務めました。

今回実施した研修テーマは、「Leaving a Strong Impression（発信する力）」です。

グローバルな業務環境では、専門知識や英語力を十分に備えていても、「人前で発言する」「会議で意見を述べる」「英語でプレゼンテーションを行う」といった場面において、自信を持って発信することに難しさを感じるケースが少なくありません。

本プログラムでは、単なる語学スキル向上ではなく、“リーダーシップとしてのコミュニケーション”に焦点を当て、参加者がより自信を持って、明確かつ効果的に考えを伝えるための実践的なトレーニングを提供しました。

Recently completed — ZEPHYROS Inc. is pleased to announce the successful completion of a customized leadership communication training program delivered for “K” Line RoRo Bulk Ship Management Co., Ltd. (a Kawasaki Shipbuilding Group company), designed to strengthen confidence, communication effectiveness, and leadership presence in international business environments.

Conducted by Jun Page, CEO of ZEPHYROS Inc., the highly interactive corporate training program focused on helping professionals communicate more confidently and effectively in English-speaking workplace situations — particularly presentations, meetings, and cross-functional collaboration in global business settings.
